      Super exciting hyper-growth environment with lots of growth opportunities for the company and yourself Great, bright, helpful and fun people to work with Market leading technology with lots of ongoing innovation

      Be prepared to work smart and be accountable (could be a con for some) Office to be shut again (but not Snowflake's fault)

      Pros

      Since starting in mid 2021 it has been a great experience - it's very exciting to be on the Snowflake rocket ship. More importantly, there is a great culture in the UK office - everyone is very welcoming, smart and willing to help. I have worked in toxic sales environments before and Snowflake is the opposite of that.

      Cons

      It took some time to wrap my head around all of the learnings, but I didn't come from the industry! However, they have a lot of online training and everyone is willing to help.
