Sales Environment is horrible. Greedy sales team that cannot be trusted. Sales executives and Sales Senior management are after their own self-interest and selfish career goals. They do not care about the people or what happens to them. in Sales they have formed what can be termed as 'the clan'. If you are not part of the clan that comes from the same sales team that previously worked together at an Enterprise company in the Bay Area, you would be part of the black sheep group of the sales family. 'The clan' gets the recognition, promotion and the black sheep group is left behind.
You have to be careful with other organizations at Snowflake as well as I am starting to see this phenomenon of not being recognized if you are not on someone's favorite list and lots of politics as the company is growing.
