      Pros

      Well planned on-boarding, a lot of self-paced and instructor-led trainings, fast growing, top quality hardware, good salary, IPO, free lunches via Deliveroo account, free drinks, welcome pack prior to start date. Office located in co-working space offering many perks.

      Cons

      Mobile phone required for dual factor authentication, but no company phone is provided so personal phone must be used. Meetings/trainings often occur after working hours to sync with colleagues 8 time zones behind.
