They’re lost — no clear vision on what’s worth investing in."

Tons of very interesting work. Very loved product. Lots of impact to some very big customers. Great team to work with. Leadership is very in-tune with the tech and the market. Strong performers are rewarded. Pays quite well. Work culture is intense but also respectful of boundaries.

Cons

It's a large company so there is some red tape. They are making this better though!
