Company has fantastic renewed leadership and a product direction that is consistent with market expectations, often exceeding leading to increased stock. Very thorough onboarding process, extremely supportive teammates, fantastic office culture with free lunch 4 days a week (Atlanta).

Cons

High demand from leadership and specialized resources can be sparse and can place a lot of burden on the individual. Management can often times be overbearing and micro managey. Pathways to promotion not clearly defined, but generally only top overperformers progress, or more easily for those willing to relocate. On-site attendance mandatory but parking not provided.
