      Flexible work schedule, good benefits.

      Cons

      High turnover with limited backfill. Work load has increased but the raises (if any) have decreased. Culture has changed in the last few years and not for the better.

      Great product Good tech stack Good marketing Cool offices; free lunch at some of them

      Cons

      No clear path for internal promotions; they favor external hires. Never saw more than a handful of SDR to CAE promotions and nearly all of them got screwed by SF leadership in some way or other. Whether from unreasonable expectations, phantom HR complaints, they lose good people for bad ones.Disorganized leadership. - Constant turnover and organizational changes (comp, structure, teams, etc). - Unreasonable expectations - Ruthless and fire people on a whim - Favor external hires over internals
