      Pros

      The people, culture, network, and skills you develop in the corporate org are unmatched. I feel like I could go anywhere after Snowflake.

      Cons

      Salary could be better, but honestly the network and enjoyment in the job make up for it. Hard to complain when you have incredible amenities and stock options and sell a product that sells itself.

      Pros

      I made the move to snowflake during a very unstable time in the tech space (under a year ago). However I knew I couldn't say no to joining! I've never been this happy working for a company, working for a leader, or with my team. There's a sense of community that you don't really get these days which is huge. Leadership is pretty amazing and the product is unreal.

      Cons

      None that I can think of except I wish I didn't have to fly to the nearest office
