      Great technology, leader in the space, lots of growth and innovation

      Cons

      There was a lot of cross territory tension/competition on the sales teams (people selling into other people's territory). They also hired a TON of reps, over saturating many markets and minimizing opportunties for reps. I believe they've begun to make a number of changes to address this.

      -Micro managing -Horrible family leave policy -Poor pay -Not enough accounts per rep -You are stuck in the sales track for the most part - moving to another role/department is very hard
