+Technology (FAST, but PRICEY) a) Look into Slingshot’s technology. Measurement tool for Snowflake’s outrageous prices. + Marketing a) Sometimes I feel this company is so great at the image, that I confuse it with being an entertainment company.
Cons
+Horrible Leadership a) The VP doesn’t care and is too busy doing interviews talking about his org then actually contributing. This is all PR and marketing play. b) “Bait and Switch”, leadership will tell you one thing and completely have no follow through. c) SDR Leadership are focused on activity, not results. Meetings, not pipeline. +Sales Enablement a) SDR Academy wasn’t even created completely by present leaderships in seat. b) True enablement comes from the Account Executives. +DEI initiatives a) Women who share their views are often pushed out and leave the company. b) Ethnic backgrounds don’t feel comfortable in this environment.
