High demands with unclear goals. During the quarter, you never know if your work is enough to achieve a 100% quarterly review grade. Management has little time for you (only 5-minute 1:1 calls). Only your output matters.

Cons

Could just be due to the size of the company, but I found the pace of rewiew/approval/implementation of my designated projects to be quite slow (especially relative to startup culture)
