Pros

Very high energy, have to push to get things done, but incredibly responsive to "drivers" pushing ahead on the product and support functions, as well. Great place to roll up your sleeves and get things done!

Cons

A bit of turnover with pre-IPO folks leaving, but better now. Lots of teams bickering as the company matures, but also better than it used to be.

Great place to learn Enterprise level techniques and selling. Snowflake brand helps.

Cons

Since it's a larger company, lots bureaucratic of processes to get through in order to receive credit for meetings. Promotes behaviors that aren't helpful to eventually becoming an AE.
