      - Customers LOVE the product, it just works - If you like working with smart people in every function, this is the place for you - AI is reshaping the traditional data platform industry, creating some interesting opportunities

      - Because AI + data is a land grab, need to move fast - High expectations/accountability - can make some days feel hard!

      Pros

      I love working here. This has been my dream company and I'm happy that I finally was able to join. The Solution Engineering team is extremely smart yet humble, those are the people you want to work with. There's a spirit of collaboration, helping and making each other the best. I noticed the Enterprise AEs are all well talented as well. So it makes the sales conversation a lot easier as SE can focus on the technical side of the house while knowing AE is doing great job handling the Business side. The benefit is unexpectedly well, they have 6.5 months of maternity leave.
