Pros

- People here are mostly very skilled and knowledgeable, especially IC3+ - Good compensation - Really engaging projects if you are on the right team at the right time, though usually mixed with grunt ticket-by-ticket work - Breakfast & lunch served

Cons

- The development process can be a hassle: PRs may take a while to get reviewed, tests can be flaky, semi frequent issues with dev environment - On call sucks, from what I hear (I'm not on the rotation yet)
