Pros

I am a full time employee for 1 year ( 1 winter and 1 summer season) The obvious season pass for Winter and Summer season Various outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, the lake, and off road tours Room to grow within the company in various different departments You learn so much knowing the right people who will be friends for life Very mixed culture especially in the peak season Goood ole mountain AIR! Just to name a few.

Cons

Now this is where I feel adjustments should be made most importantly as an employee, i look at the long run of a company, now I've never run a company or anything but, THERE CAN BE SOOO MUCH MORE! as in events, more stuff to do, so much land and there are no camping zones? there isn't paintball courses? you have miles of curvy secluded roads and arent hosting Automotive Sports such as Rally Racing or Hill Climb, you have a zip line that rides less than a length of a football field through the village and call that zip lining? you give atv tours but have nowhere for people to bring there own atvs and ride, you have Snow parks with no half-pipes or any features that many other resorts have, why arent there additional snowblowers, at key areas , why arent there true glades to ride through and wooded paths. these are just a few things i can think of directed mostly for the lack of activities or as i like to say "wasted potential" the company constantly wastes and can make so much more if they used as much of the land as possible, give more options. Prices are outrageous as it is and you only take more away? music events hosted in the villalge would succeed and bring so much more if you brought different varieties of music and more popular artist, or host a vote to have your employees and visitors be able to help increase popularity, increase the likelihood people will come back, and shine more light one the diamond at the top of Snowshoe Mountain. Help us help you, and we can all grow.

Pros

Skiing, discounts on food and beverage- Great place to work if income isn't a primary need

Cons

Low pay, irregular hours, adverse weather, arbitrary managers Lack of funding for routine maintenance-You're a small cog in a very large machine.-Customer complaints will over ride safety concerns.

Pros

The pay is terrible and management is not the best. But it is a fun place to work when you're young and just want a break from reality!

Cons

The pay is little better than minimum wage
