Pros

The team(s) at Snyk were the best I've ever worked with. Great people who are always ready to collaborate, encourage, and support. The technologies were best-in-class, and the vision for where the company needed to go was innovative and industry-leading. The Engineering teams were consistently producing what was promised.

Cons

Despite "recharge" days where the whole company was off (which I loved), the workload and pressure were overwhelming. This is probably true for most companies today, with the challenges of AI and the demands for productivity.
