This company has so many problems internally. Constant org change and priority shiftings, making it hard for teams to build momentum, lots of teams are understaffed Telling employees positive things that the company is doing great and we're leading the industry then few months later send an email saying "we are not generating the results our level of investment should be producing". The turnover rate is high Layoffs before re-charge week Overly obsessed with AI

Was laid off via email only 3 weeks after moving cross country for the job, unfair and unprofessional to hire someone whose role was neither wanted nor needed.
