Pros

For such a large company, it feels very family oriented. Everyone is generally very collaborative, helpful and hardworking. The company does support some great causes and provided employees to participate in volunteer activites as well. You can have multiple careers within the company as there are so many different departments.

Cons

Work level/resources can vary from department to department and the company runs very lean.

Pros

Great morale, respect for employee diversity, constantly offer training and cares about the community by encouraging us to volunteer. When we do volunteer, company donates additional money to the cause based on the hours we volunteered. This company do above and beyond to the community and the environment. I have been impressed since day one.

Cons

It’s hard to think of any. No company is perfect but when when you compare with other companies out there, this is as close to perfect as possible. Being here for 2 years, I hear the older employees complain but I don’t think they realize how good they have it in here.
