      Friendly, happy work environment, excellent core values and work ethics. People that work here are intelligent, highly trained, committed to providing the best customer service, value safety first, and truly care for every single customer and employee.

      Excellent pay, excellent benefits (pretty decent even for PT employees), numerous job locations across SoCal, union representation

      Cons

      It is really difficult to make it out of a part time position. Technically, it's based on seniority, but then they have the right to rake you across the coals in an interview even if you already possess the qualifications. Everyone in the company knows it's all about who you know if you want to get across the PT-FT bridge. After that you make FT though it's pretty much based SOLELY on seniority.
