      There is nothing good there

      Cons

      No work life balance, misogynist bosses and management works analysts to the ground. Find a better place. Do not waste your time.

      Pros

      What makes SoCalGas a great place to work are the people. Everyone is professional and great to work with.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get decisions approved at senior management levels. There are competing initiatives and fire drills all the time when you're in the upper ranks.

      Pros

      Good job when you get hours. Part timers are used to fill in for full timers sick/vacation.

      Cons

      Hours are not guaranteed and schedule is “on call” but you don’t get paid for being on call.
