It is ok company, Don't join if you have other opportunity,they can not guarantee the embedded project.

Cons

Bond for 3 years and 6 months training. If you have opportunity in any other company, don't join for embedded , because they can change domain any time and it will be software role.If you want to switch also you will be in bond ,you have to pay 4 lakh.There is no guarantee that they will give embedded role
