there is No other place is better than this for freshers. You Dont have boundaries to learn. Good gateway for freshers to the VLSI industry.

Cons

Hr and admin staff are Not employee friendly, Late forms and leave forms need to be submitted , Like in schools. Not a professional environment . Salaries are less compared to other service companies. Monarchy lies in the blood of Hr and admin dept.
