Best company for a fresher to work Knowledgeable colleagues and senior co-workers Good work-life balance If u are a good worker, better scope for professional growth as compared to other companies.

Cons

Its good if you work in SoCtronics but not if they send u to AMD as contractor. Compensation for fresher is less. Bond of 3 years for fresher (Bond means all your certificates are with them for 3 years) Very less fun activities.

If you are a fresher soctronics is the best place which provides you the opportunity. you can stay with the company even in the hard times (like recession)

Cons

Limited clients and rely mostly on AMD. Uniform salary structure for all the people under same designation Very less interaction between employer and employee Abrupt policy changes without any intimation
