Only BTech freshers with no job in hand join

Lot to learn, good work environment work multiple domain signing early and late mark for all soctronics irrespective of position

very less starting pay 3L bond for 3 year paid in advance MTech and experience people should not join here as fresher with 3L bond. 6 months training waste with no pay and experience count. can be completed in 3 months. After 6 month training 1 year your position will be Trainee. No bonus as of earlier, no company outing and employee benefits, no food cart, restricted food in cafeteria, limited games facility, no entertainment and restroom etc. Lot of load, and sign early morning like school attendance
