We're sorry to hear you aren't having a 5-star experience working here, and we hope for the opportunity to change that! Thanks for the feedback about our values - we feel our 11 core values are one of the things that sets SoFi apart, and bringing them to life through our programming, events, learning experiences, and interactions with each other are extremely important to us. We have ambitious goals of becoming a top 10 financial institution, but we feel we will still be able to maintain the special sauce that makes SoFi, SoFi. As you may remember, late last year, we announced our companywide RTO approach focused on flexibility. We do not currently have any plans to change our RTO policy.
