We're so grateful for our LO team - you play such a critical role in helping our millions of members achieve financial independence. So thank you for your dedication, and for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear you are enjoying working at SoFi. Have you seen our internal job board? That's the best place to view internal opportunities. Like most companies, we opened remote hiring during the COVID-19 pandemic; and continue to hire in both office and remote locations. Thank you again for your feedback, take care.

Pros

Pay is pretty much it

Cons

Constant gaslighting and performative presentations with no substance. Any attempt to try and do real work or make things better is met with being shut down by management who, above all, don’t want to rock the boat or acknowledge anything that needs to change. Several functional leaders will not speak to each other. Workplace bullying is completely accepted. HR tells you it’s unacceptable but they don’t want to terminate someone despite piles of evidence. I spent more time trying to manage the toxicity in the organization than actually able to do the work I was interested and hired to do. Ultimately I was pushed out of the organization after a very long career of being an overachiever in every other place I’ve worked. If you want to do good work that helps customers and the company, this place won’t allow it.

Your comments are not indicative of the type of culture nor workplace we are committed to fostering.
