Working at SoFi has been a crazy enjoyable experience as my direct leadership is incredible and the exposure to executives has been so positive. SoFi definitely has their core values woven into everyday experiences and they do a great job with programming that feels inclusive to all voices.

Cons

Zoom Fatigue- although working remotely has its challenges on maybe feeling part of the team, I think the meetings and camera on culture can be pretty overwhelming.
