Founders have no idea what they're doing

They managed to trick SoFi into acquiring them.

Cons

Founders of the original "start up" (lol they've existed for 10 years and still so small) have no idea how to run a business. Ancient and trivial practices. It's amazing they managed to find another company to acquire them.

Benefits overall are great. They pay for premiums on some plans and make an HSA contribution.

Cons

A bit broken on the inside. Demand to perform but won't provide the support needed. Won't hire more people for important job functions.
