      Pros

      Covered healthcare for you and your dependents.

      Cons

      Some may tout the free lunch and all from here but we all know, or should know by now there is no such thing as a free lunch. Management overlooks good employees for advancement in favor of their buddies, If you aren't young and pretty then forget about ever getting anywhere but put down. Healdsburg location is a joke... why an office in the middle of wine country tourist territory?

      Pros

      The only good thing I can say about this company is the free benefits and free snacks. Oh! And you'll never have to worry about what to wear to work because you'll get plenty of free t-shirts.

      Cons

      No one really knows anything about producing a quality loan. They only care about numbers. The hours are ridiculous. It's embarrassing to even say that I worked here.
