One of the best Fintech companies out there on a mission to solve aging banking practices. Takes good care of the engineeres and have a clear pafh forward to career advamcement. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Cons

Frequent re orgs can be intimidating but it's expected in an organization that's rapidly growing.

There is strong culture at SoFi. Managers genuinely care about employees’s growth, development and interest. Team is really supportive and inclusive. It will be a great opportunity for people who look for growth in a fast-paced work environment (though the hours can be long in some days).

Just be aware that when they hire you at a certain "pay", they don't tell you that for the first 6 months of intensive training, tests, and possibly being let go, they will actually paying you way less than what they said until you fulfill this 6 months of training. Additionally, the trainers have different opinions on what passes or fails and this can be a big problem.
