Smart, talented engineering team. Opportunity to acquire an extremely inflated title if you're terrible at programming but want to pretend you're good.

Cons

Politics and big-company attitude. Upper management does not care about the Montana engineering team at all.

Pros

There are a handful of amazing people that work there and the office is very nice. You will work harder than you ever thought you could and accomplish a lot.

Cons

The staff, including leadership, is a revolving door which creates a lot of chaos. The culture is toxic and there is a lack of diversity and inclusivity, to put it nicely.
