Thank you for the time you dedicated to working at SoFi, especially on the front lines helping our 2.5M+ members get their money right. We're happy to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits we offer our employees, but are saddened to hear you felt the job was stressful! The health of our employees is the most important thing to us! We believe the rate at which SoFi is growing is helping set us up for long-term success, and in turn is creating myriad opportunities for our employees to learn and grow. That being said, we acknowledge that this rapid growth comes with what feels like constant change and we are conscious of the affect that has on our employees. We hope you were able to take advantage of some of the resources we have to support our employees when you worked here. Wishing you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Happy holidays and take care!

First and foremost, thank you for the 3+ years you've dedicated to working at SoFi; we're thrilled to hear your experience has been overall positive. We truly believe our people are our greatest differentiator, so we do our best to ensure we have comprehensive benefits and compensation packages to support them. The change we are helping to drive for the fintech industry means we need to be flexible to achieve our business priorities. That said, we encourage you to speak with your manager, PBP, or you can reach out to us at glassdoor@sofi.org so we can help create more clarity around your job responsibilities. We're here to help set you up for success, so please reach out if you're comfortable. Happy holidays to you, and thanks for being on this incredible journey with us.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review of your experience working at SoFi. While we're happy to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits we offer our employees, plus our flexible work policy, we're saddened to hear your feedback about change and inefficient processes. SoFi is helping to drive unprecedented change in this industry, which means we need to be agile and flexible in order to scale our business and set SoFi up for long term success. Sometimes that can make change feel constant. We are aware of the inefficiencies in the MLO business and that's why we are changing vendors and looking for ways to further streamline the process. Thank you again your feedback, it will only help us continue to improve in the future. Best of luck in your career, and take care!
