We agree that we work with some pretty incredible people who are deeply committed to shaping a brighter financial future for our members. That being said, we're disheartened to hear that your experience with leadership was not positive. We have started to roll out training for leaders at SoFi that gives them the tools to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, plus helps them build their personal leadership brand. Our goal is to give all managers the tools they need to support and inspire their teams to do the best work of their lives.
