low engineering bar; hire vendors for basic work
Business leads are incompetent abusers
Directors+ abuse and humiliate their reports
Experienced people whove joined the company in various functions have told me how dumb/inept/unreaslistic the leadership here is
People from Amazon and Meta, etc. bringing their all talk/no-work/backstabbing values with them
I know several eng/pm/ds people from good companies who joined for rocketing stock and ended up leaving quickly bc the experience was so bad
zero culture
horrible Cigna health insurance, might as well not have any tbh
terrible product and engineering culture
stock is cratering
