      Pros

      With being a new company, SoFi has nailed it with employee compensation for their work! Within a year I have already been promoted once and am almost eligible to be promoted again, if anything new opens up! They definitely are devoted to their members and love have employees that are just as excited to share their love of our products as our members are!

      Cons

      The sick policy could be revised as you are only allotted 3 sick days per year, but if you are feeling sick you can always schedule PTO to avoid any penalties ! Would like if we were able to accrue both sick time and pto to help avoid any occupancies!

      Pros

      Great Benefits (Vision, Health, Dental, Lunch Allowance, $200 monthly towards Student Loans, Tuition Reimbursement)

      Cons

      Treat employees like slaves between unrealistic expectations and adherence. Pay not competitive. Do not hire from within (although they claim they do). Hire unqualified individuals over qualified individuals due to politics. Give customers the ultimate run around. Very reactive company as opposed to pro-active.
