Pros

In the few months I have been with this company I have seen the true and still untapped potential. The facility is amazing which helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment, the company takes care of its people, providing snacks, refreshments, ways to de-stress i.e. ping pong table. Benefits are absolutely amazing. Who can complain about 100% premium insurance coverage, food allowances, and the perk of receiving equity in the company. As the company grows so does the opportunities for career advance to those individuals willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard.

Cons

At SoFi the company is still growing and not everything is fully built. They are still learning and perfecting things. This would be a con for someone is not adaptive to change and need to be part of a company that has already built most.

Pros

Since join SoFi I have been introduced into some very neat technology and bright people. SoFi is growing fast and keep it a very enjoyable group. Being on the Engineering team great. We have social interactions, we learn from each other and everyone I have meet so far strives to be the best they can, which in turn makes me want to do the best I can. It is a great atmosphere and great people.

Cons

With fast pace growth comes challenges. At times you get a little lost in what is going on from day to day. Some managers seem to be overworked and struggle to take care of a few everyday task. So the communication could be better.

-Benefits -Meal Cards -You’ll meet some wonderful people on your team -Extended breaks and lunch (Thank goodness)

-High Stress Industry -Work/Life/Balance is non- existent -“Short man” complex -Supposedly there is room for growth -EXTREMELY LOW PAY for the amount of work that is done -YOU ARE REPLACEABLE...YOU’RE just a number -It is evident that WE don’t matter to Executive Staff -RMCs/CSRs work as if they’re in a sweathouse -Transparency is at 10%...joke -You may referred to as “Ungrateful” -YOU DON’T MATTER
