      Unsupportive and uncaring culture

      Pros

      Theres not much positive. It seemed good at first but was far from what I thought. Good benefits are about the only thing good about this place.

      Cons

      I have no clue how I'm doing and neither does my manager. No one knows how they are doing until bonus time. Reports and scorecards are always messed up. The schedule and demands is just not worth it. The turnover is worse than any place I've ever worked.

      The technology used at SoFi is cutting edge and fascinating to work with. The environment and culture make each workday a blast. I leave the office each day with a great sense of accomplishment.

      Cons

      Plan on gaining a couple of pounds.
