      Pretty on the outside, very disorganized on the inside

      Pros

      Benefits are completely paid for. Free, good-quality snacks, drinks, fruit, swag. Meals are provided or paid for. Lots of projects and initiatives going on. Company is making money and has raised TONS of funding. Most employees have lots of drive and initiative.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and poor communication. Questionable executive leadership. Silo'd departments and office locations. Large number of employees are fairly new. High turnover of certain staff positions due to being burnt out. Some employees are constantly fearful of losing their jobs. Leadership doesn't care about employees, you are just a replaceable number.

      Pros

      Pretty good pay for a Customer Service Position.

      Cons

      They don't really treat us like humans. We're just a number in their sweatshop. Super high expectations with stringent metrics to measure performance. Non-thinking, robot type people are really what they are looking for in employees. Virtually NO company culture.

      Great, fun, busy atmosphere at SoFi. Best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Can't think of a downside to working here. Limited space in helena is my only con.
