Working at SoFi has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely mission-driven. As a recruiter, I appreciate having the autonomy to build strong partnerships with hiring managers while still having the tools, data, and support to be successful. Benefits, flexibility, and work-life balance are strong.

Cons

Not necessarily a con for me, but may be for others. Things move quickly, so adaptability is important.

It's easy to obtain new skills and talk about where you'd like to be/do at Sofi. Managers give 1:1 and so do recruiters to help obtain your goals. Sofi is paying up to $200 a month towards my student loans. Benefits are nice, insurance coverage, etc. The office is so well maintained, I actually look forward to going once a week. No micromanaging compared to my previous work place, just do your job and you'll be okay.

Cons

Would like to be paid more starting off. OT is often available though so that makes up for it, plus bi-annual bonuses.
