      -Headcount has not scaled at the same rate as increasing number of business objectives, products and growth goals -Rapid prioritization changes -Department silos -No 401(k) match

      Pros

      I've been with SoFi for over 2 years now. There has been some growing pains, but the company is really finding its strides. There are lots of opportunities for growth if you are a go getter. Free lunches, fully paid medical, and unlimited PTO peaks are great. I'm happy I joined the company and really appreciate all the wonderful and talented people I work with everyday.

      Cons

      Sometimes we move too fast for our own good, but that's also part of the startup culture. No 401k match.

      Pros

      - Really awesome people to work with. Lots of smart people that are passionate about what they do - Takes chances and enables you to make a huge impact on business - Solid company strategy for the future - Data driven - Free lunch and breakfast - Unlimited PTO and co-workers that respect your need during time off - Good medical coverage and one of a few companies that are offering student loan repayment benefits

      Cons

      - Like any growing tech startup, things are fast paced. This can actually be a positive for many that love and strive in this atmosphere - No 401k match, but this is something I think will be initiated soon
