      *Hours the schedules are not always the best selection *Rapid growth means growing pains *No options to purchase life insurance more than the 10K you get yourself. *On site gym is some what small.

      Great, fun, busy atmosphere at SoFi. Best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Can't think of a downside to working here. Limited space in helena is my only con.
