Pros

- The pay rate for the tasks I do, on top of the over/double time received for extra work is definitely competitive to any other company I have ever had - The lunch and dinners provided are [almost always] delicious, and there is always a plethora of snacks, coffee, water and drinks available - When I am in need of a learning opportunity, my manager does not hesitate to reach out and coach me. I feel that I have a great relationship with all of my superiors where they feel comfortable correcting any actions I need assistance with, and I try to be quick in those corrections - The CEO is very approachable, wants and encourages feedback from employees in how to make the workplace and the company better - When miscommunications occur (see cons), the majority of managers/upper management are willing to give explanation to why something resulted the way it did

Cons

- There is a large amount of employees here, some of whom I still don't know their names. It can be difficult to feel fully united as a company when you do not know everyone - Due to the large amount of employees, it is difficult to always have everyone on the same page. Miscommunications can occur between management and underwriters and occasionally it can be difficult to result in a positive outcome for the customer

Pros

Sofi has proceeded me with the best work environment I have had thus far in my life. Upper management cares about their employees with great benefits. They really value what we have to say in regards to accommodating our needs. Even though there is a lot of change that we need toad just to, upper management makes sure that our concerns are heard. They strive to make a personal relationship with their employees which I appreciate. It is a great place to work at and I feel very grateful to be employed there.

Cons

The work schedule can be intense but sofi does a great job making sure they compensate their employees for all the gays work we put into our jobs.

Pros

Great benefits, catered meals and open kitchen. Starting with a company that is a "start-up" company can be shaky, but it's great to be able to grow along with a company and be part of its growth. The company actually cares about the employees and when you do hit that shaky ground, they usually share the information outright. The CEO holds multiple meeting with all the employees to keep us apprised of what is going on internally.

Cons

There tends to be some favoritism in the ranks, and when applying for promotions, you can sometime be discouraged to apply due to this. The hours can be demanding and difficult to manage if you have young children at home. With any company that is starting up, there are a lot of demands placed on the employees.
