      Best place I have worked for my entire career! SOFI makes sure that all of their employees are well taken care of to ensure that everyone is happy.

      Company values its people and tries really hard to make things right.

      People are expected to work fairly long hours; even with unlimited PTO, you can't really take the time because there is so much to do.

      Pros

      This company is a medium size company that still retains the good parts of being a startup. The management is spectacular, they do their thing and don't micromanage the employees. The pay is amazing and benefits are the best that I have ever had. There's no dress code, the kitchen stays stocked, and we get free food every day. Everyone that works here is interested in keeping the teams learning and progressing. If you want to learn more in your career, this place is amazing for it. Who wouldn't want to work here?

      SoFi is growing so fast now that it is very hard to meet and get to know everyone that is newly hired.
