- Employee care & benefits are well established and preserved - Competitive paycheck - Employee benefits are top tier at least in LATAM - Well defined career path for Support, Individual Contributor and Managers - Globally distributed team, tons of cultures and people to interact with - Possibility to travel to On Sight events - Long term incentives to IC4 and above - Annual bonus payout based on performance - Internal mobility program to change teams/positions if desired - Space to develop/research/implement custom solutions - Well established hierarchy from Jr. dev to CTO - Transparency/Communication from C levels to all employees - Good enforced security standards to all teams - Equipment to work provided, Mac + full desktop setup - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Some product requirements may not be fully specified before start working on them - Requirements may vary based on managers/clients pressure over the deliverable - Layoffs/reorgs are unpredictable even after high earning years - Most High level jobs are US only
