      -Modern Tech Stack -Many opportunities to learn from very skilled people -Great potential for professional growth -Employees given tools they need to succeed

      -fast paced environment may not be for all people -can be overwhelming at first, but gets better once you dig in

      Pros

      New technologies are introduced often keeping developer skills marketable. Open floor makes technical discussions available to the entire team. Environment is the most exciting I've worked in to date, with the occasional off work topic conversation, and possible dart gun walk-by.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to get traction with new technologies being introduced. Fast paced environment isn't for everybody.

      Pros

      Innovative, bleeding-edge environment. Awesome work atmosphere. Lunch, drinks and snacks provided daily. SoFi provides great benefits to boot. An immense amount of knowledge and professional growth can be attained here. This has been the best job I've ever held. It almost doesn't feel like "work".

      Cons

      Given the fact that the environment is fast paced and bleeding edge results in various hurdles which requires quick thinking to resolve problems in an efficient manner. Occasionally requires extra hours to meet company objectives and deadlines. Though I personally have no issues with putting in the extra time as I thoroughly enjoy my job.
