Incredible Company, Moves Fast

Pros

Hiring Process took about 2 weeks from initial email form the recruiter (shoutout Chance!) to receiving the offer from the company. Very competitive total compensation Despite being almost a 15-year old company, SoFi moves incredibly quick to release products to market, and it makes the environment really exciting for a developer.

Cons

No signing bonus (but makes up in the total compensation) and small 401k match.

- Good work/life balance - Kind and smart teammates - Managers who support career growth, opportunity for it in structure - Real product and upward trending stock price

Cons

- Growing pains, re: resourcing can be hard to secure for tools/new staff - Some small in-office requirements if nearby office (very low though)
