      Good culture, transparency with managers. Work is challenging, but also lots of learning. Good work life balance, and of course, good pay.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, like 401k match for all employees.

      New Hire Process - Excellent

      Pros

      The new hire process was clear, quick and professional. I felt like an asset starting with the interview process through being onboarded. I have only been here a short time and have observed the culture and values in action.

      None encountered so far since I have been here less than a year.
