Pros
Pretty amazing benefits. Coworkers were awesome people.
Cons
They grew too fast and hired a lot of self-interested upper-management who don't know what they're doing. They all want to prove something so each time a new person comes in, it's a full shift to "what we did at ". Most people above a direct manager are trying to climb the ladder (VP, director, etc) and will do so at the expense of others. Quite a few direct managers are doing the same. They have great benefits, but they believe with these golden handcuffs they can treat you poorly and you'll stay. There is a general air of negativity (some teams are fine) but there is a lot of complaining about how people are treated/managed and those fall on deaf ears. If you're looking for career growth this is not the place. They hire friends, promote unqualified people, and reward the best suck-ups and "yes" people. The benefits are not worth the drain on your happiness.
