Pros

The company is doing some great and exciting stuff! A lot of smart people all over and beautiful SF office

Cons

They preach internal mobility and promoting current employees as well as having a performance based culture, I can tell you this is for a fact not true. HR agrees, every business unit agree, they have lost so many people bc of it

Pros

Interesting work, and I’ve found most people to be down to earth. I’ve been happy with the pay so far (base, bonus, stock)

Cons

Some comp/benefit changes over time have been less than popular, e.g. changes to stock refresh policy depending on level.
