Pros

Benefits. You’ll stay for that and nothing else.

Cons

Micromanaged constantly, treated like a toddler. Corporate BS At its finest. Little to no training or support. Most members have noticed that many jobs have been outsourced to other countries. A joke as a bank and employer 👎🏻 Traded my salary and benefits for happiness. Best decision I ever made.

Pros

SoFi is a fast moving company with a lot of great people. Individually, leaders and managers are solid, and seem to really care about their people. Flexible work environment and health care benefits are excellent.

Cons

There are significant challenges with management decision making and prioritization that seem to keep the teams blocked from making progress, and creates a culture of divisiveness.

No work life balance

They offer decent pay, people, benefits

Cons

The higher ups expected us to work over 50 hours a week as salary employees. The on call rotation was 3 weeks on call making it difficult to have a life outside of work.

While we are glad you enjoyed the people and benefits and felt your compensation was adequate, we are disappointed to hear you didn't experience a good work-life balance, as we strive to provide an environment that supports this. We are continually working to improve our processes and provide resources to help employees manage their work effectively and efficiently. As you know, one of our core values at SoFi is "Take Care of People and Help Them Grow," so we appreciate you sharing that you would have preferred a different on-call rotation.
