Pros

Soapy Joe's has a great company culture! As someone who worked for a large corporation and moved to a small company, the level of support from the corporate level is unmatched. From HR to Operations, the leaders within the company truly care about the employee experience and a genuinely good people.

Cons

The only downside is that when I'm in office I have too much fun, which can impact my focus.
